North Yard 250’ Guyed Tower for BNSF Railroad:

 The tower failed under the requirements of EIA/TIA 222-G.  A PE certified engineering solution was designed to remediate the tower.  The tower modifications included: Replacement of existing guy cables at all levels and new horizontal and diagonal braces  were added from 180’ to 210’ levels.

North Yard 80’ Self-Support Tower for BNSF Railroad:

The tower failed under the requirements of EIA/TIA 222-G.  A PE certified engineering solution was designed to remediate the tower.  The tower modifications included: Reinforcing the legs from 0’ to 20’ and replacement of all diagonal bracing  from the 40’ to 80’ levels.

Galveston MW 100’ Self-Support Tower for BNSF Railroad:

The tower failed under the requirements of EIA/TIA 222-G.  A PE certified engineering solution was designed to remediate the tower.   The tower modifications included: Addition of horizontal bracing  from the 0’ to 60’ levels.  A new tower foundation design was requisitioned due to the fact that the tower had previously toppled over due to excessive winds created by Hurricane Ike.  The new foundation design was installed and incorporated a larger footprint consisting of 40+ cubic yards of concrete and over 5,300 lbs of reinforcing steel.

Dickworsham, TX 100’ Self Support Tower for BNSF Railroad:

 The tower passed under the requirements of EIA/TIA 222-G.  A PE certified engineering solution was designed to extend the tower by adding two (2) twenty foot sections (40’ overall).  The tower modifications included: Adding tower sections above the 100’ level increasing the overall tower to 140’.

7 Meter ETMS Pole for BNSF Railroad:

 Designed and fabricated twenty-three 7 Meter poles for ETMS application in less than 3 weeks.  Final product also included pre-cast tower foundations.
